RetailIQ collects account registration information (business name, administrator email, mobile number) and inventory data uploaded to the system (product names, barcodes, SKUs, and category tags).

2. How We Protect Your Inventory Data

All stock audit data in transit is encrypted using 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Database volumes are encrypted at rest with strict multi-tenant isolation, ensuring no cross-organization data leakage.

3. Camera & Barcode Scanner Privacy

The smartphone camera barcode scanner decodes barcodes locally inside the browser's WebAssembly sandbox. Camera feeds are never recorded, streamed, or stored on external servers.
