1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RetailIQ Physical Inventory software ("Service"), provided by RetailIQ Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description & Auditor Seats

RetailIQ provides cloud-based and offline physical inventory auditing, barcode verification, and reconciliation tools. Organizations receive administrator and concurrent auditor seats as specified in their selected subscription tier.

3. Data Privacy & Inventory Confidentiality

Your SKU catalogs, batch figures, cost prices, and physical count entries remain the sole proprietary property of your organization. RetailIQ does not sell, share, or disclose stock data to third parties.
